Returns

Not happy with your order? You have the right to return your gift box up to 14 days after receipt*. You will be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. However, the shipping costs for returning your gift box are at your own expense. These costs can vary per carrier, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

How does it work:

  1. Report your return within 14 days of receiving your order. Mail us at hello@tiamo-seasongifts.com with your order number, name and address details. Download our return form and print it (unfortunately it's not yet possible to do this digitally!).
  2. Send your order back to us within 14 days of reporting the return. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, your order has to be returned to us with all products supplied and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging.
  3. We will refund the full order amount including shipping costs (the shipping costs for sending it return to us are not included) to your account within 14 days of reporting your return, provided the order has been returned in good order.

*Important!

Due to hygiene regulations, gift boxes with food and drinks cannot be returned. Gift boxes must also be returned in their entirety, it is not possible, for example, to keep 1 product out of the gift box and return the rest. An exception to this rule is a gift box that is filled with both food and/or drinks and a non-food item. For these gift boxes, you have to keep the food and/or drinks and can only return the non-food item.
