What is an Earth Friendly Gift Box?

An Earth Friendly Gift Box is a gift box composed of sustainable and responsible products. Our gift boxes are great as gifts, Christmas gifts or promotional gifts. The message you give is that you want to pass on a better world to the next generation.

We believe that sustainable gifts can be a beautiful inspiration for others.

Payments

When and how should I pay for my order?

There are three ways you can for your order in our webshop: iDeal, Paypal and with credit card.

Ordering

How can I order?

You can order quick and easy via our webshop. Select the gift box of your choice and indicatie how many you would like to order. In the checkout you can enter the address details and choose the method of payment.

After we have received your order you will receive an order confirmation and invoice by e-mail. If your order has been handed over to our carrier, you will also receive a shipping confirmation with a track and trace code (this doesn't apply for large orders that are shipped via pallet carrier). Are you experience problems in our shop or do you have special requests? Please contact us, we are happy to help!

Are your prices including or excluding VAT? 

The prices on our website are including VAT.

I have a business and would like to order gift boxes for my employees/relations. Where can I order these? 

If you're a business you can order your gift boxes through our other webshop, TiaMo Seasongifts.com. This webshop is specifically designed to handle larger quantities and shows prices excluding VAT.

I like the contents of two different gift boxes. Can I combine/merge the content into one? 

We are flexible and this is often possible. Email us with your request and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Delivery

When will my gift box be delivered?

Take into account a delivery time of 2 to 5 working days after you have placed your order.

You can track orders that are delivered via parcel service (PostNL) through the track and trace code. You will receive this by e-mail after your order has been shipped.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide delivery times for orders delivered with our pallet carriers and deliveries cannot be made on weekends.

Recommendation for holiday orders: Please order on time if you would like to give a gift box as a present for the holidays. This prevents unnecessary stress as deliveries during the holiday season can be delayed.
